MyRadCare™ is a comprehensive platform designed to streamline compliance, enhance safety, and simplify operations for radiation safety officers, managers, and small business owners.
MyRadCare™ provides users with various access levels to control and manage specific functionalities. These access levels allow users to limit or grant access to specific features based on others’ needs and preferences.
The account Admin has full access and is the primary contact for the account. They will receive all account notifications for shipments, reports, and billing. An Admin can manage all functions, including granting and removing access from other users; there can only be one Admin user per account.
Admins can designate multiple Authorized Users and set limited access (for view-only access, limited account management, or specific group location access). The Admin will set limitations when registering the Authorized User’s email address.
