Meet Michael Boches
Michael Boches is the Vice President of Product at Radiation Detection Company, where he leads the strategic direction of the company’s product portfolio and drives operational excellence. With a deep background in product management, technology integration, and business operations, Michael ensures that RDC remains at the forefront of innovation while delivering scalable and efficient solutions for customers. His leadership extends across customer products, internal tools, and data analytics. He is responsible for overseeing the systems and technology stack that enable cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality service.
Professional Experience
Michael has extensive experience leading product and operations teams in technology-driven businesses. Before RDC, he served as Head of Product at Utility Cloud, where he built the product management function, managed strategic partnerships, and ultimately supported the strategic sale of the business to AMCS Group. Before that, he was VP of Product Management and Operations at FreshAir Sensor, where he played a key role in scaling the company from an early-stage startup to a commercialized business with multiple hardware and software products.
Michael holds a Master of Engineering Management (M.E.M.) with a focus on entrepreneurship from Dartmouth College and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Bucknell University.
