System Components

The Complete Radiant System includes:  

4 x Wireless Real-time Dosimeters, each calibrated for a range of temperatures and exposures
1 x Dosimeter Storage Dock with 4 slots and an integrated 5V USB-C Charging Station 
1 x 13” Medical Grade Tablet with power supply, running custom Radiant software 
1 x Rugged Carry Case housing all components of the Radiant System.

Radiant Configurations:

Charging and Storage – Radiant dosimeters are stored and kept charged in the provided USB-C charging dock

Connectivity – Radiant dosimeters remain “always on” and utilize an auto-connect feature to link with the provided Medical Tablet

Network Requirements – No Internet connectivity is required for Standalone Operation

Connectivity – When the Medical Tablet is connected to the internet, cloud services are available with additional benefits including:
- Data sync and backups
- Remote white-glove service
Improved Visibility – The tablet can also be connected via HDMI cable for projection on larger displays

The Radiant Experience

Radiant’s Standalone user experience design requires minimal user input and configuration, with the ability to start a case with one click (using default device names and case alert thresholds).

Dosimeter names and case thresholds can be customized when preferred.

Default threshold alerts are set to 30 mrem for Caution, and 60 mrem for Critical Dose Rate (mrem/hr)
Case Dose (total mrems) defaults are set to 10 mrem for Caution and 20 mrem for Critical limits  
Case units can be customized and also changed to microsieverts if desired
Default dosimeter names are pre-set to:
Doctor, Scrub, Nurse, Extra
